OUR RETURN POLICY

• In an unlikely event of any merchandise you have ordered from us is damaged or defective upon delivery, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund.
• You cannot return the goods on the grounds of color choice or handwork for any product, as once you order the product on the site you voluntarily confirm it’s color and handwork details.
• You are not entitled to return the products over the issue of price or shipment cost as you are already confirming to them when finalizing the order.
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted in jewelry and accessories.
• Shipping charges will not be returned.
• All complaints would be entertained within 24 hours of product delivery after that no complaints will be entertained in any respect.
• A complaint has to be made on email with the subject as “Complaint” for {Order number} and {Product code} with the attachment of a picture of the product(s) for assurance.
• Products complain of breakage will be entertained if opened in videography. A refund will be initiated after the lab proved the video is authentic and the seal was intact when opened.

• Never return your order without consulting with us. It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
• Before returning any order make sure you contact us on +91 8866178731 (or) mail us at [email protected] and inform us about the same to avoid any kind of further dispute.
• As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through reliable courier agencies only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us. It’s better to keep all the bills with you till the product is returned.

• Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, failing which return/ refund may not be possible.
• Any returns through courier must be accompanied by the original invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns that are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice.
• We shall process the refund, subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in an unused condition and in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ refund may not be possible.
• After the merchandise is received by Craft Gallery, Subject to verification of the purchase and condition of products, we shall process a refund within approx. 15 business/working days of the confirmation that your return/refund request accepted by us.

• Notwithstanding the above or any other provision, we are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. We have sole discretion in deciding whether to accept the returns or not depending on the merit of the case.
• Craft Gallery reserves the right to act as an arbitrator and final decision-maker. All disputes are subject to Bhuj(Gujarat, India) jurisdiction.
